I'm having my spare bumper smoothed this week. They aren't connected on mine, and when they are they leak anyway so may aswell smooth them out.

I had a similar issues where the boss wouldn't line up at first. I broke mine, I think when fitting it, it was turned to many times and it doesn't like it. I got another one from a Phase 2 172 with traction control, fitted it and sorted my problems out. The boss fitted much better the 2nd time...

There is literally no need to turn it off on the road, its extremely rare I ever see it start flashing on the dash. Its quite a good system in that sense, that it lets you have a lot of fun even with it on.

You can usually tell by how the advert is written as well, any text speak and I wouldn't bother. Short/Poor descriptions and can only send images via text message don't appeal to me either.

Not sure about the one you posted about, it may be fine. Never personally used one. But i know if you want pure silence from your psu, the seasonic fanless ones are simply Fantastic. Think the 450watt full modular one is around £60.

Colour would probably work on a darker coloured car. They would look much better a very bright high power silver.

The argument of budget brands vs premium will always just go round in circles. (Awful non intentional pun lol) What one person can find perfectly fine, another person will find rubbish. Same goes for the different cars they are fitted to and how they respond etc.

I wish RS2 still existed or that the RS3 was stamped for the eu. They were proper bargains. I'm loving the NS-2R fitted on mine, had them in proper downpour last night and they still wouldn't give up grip.
