Depends what year mate. I had a 2004 dynamique before my 182. The extreme models are limited edition each year so were always different. Usually, its things like extremes not having headrests in the back and no alloys, etc. Dynamique is top of the range so usually has everything.

Yes you can. Dash inserts are easy to change and come up on here all the time. Interior will also fit and sometimes comes up on here or ebay, otherwise a scrappy. You could always put in a sport leather interior.
