Joey is on the money, they still need washers & auto levelling to be legal even if they are in a projector headlight. Saying that, most cops/MOTers don't really care as long as you're not blinding people.

It's a long one, even has a toilet block advert half way through it, but not a bad watch (or skip to around 6 mins if you're impatient)

Don't bother buying a D40 or 60, old hat and poor lens choices if you want to retain AF. The D40 is terrible for noise in high ISOs too.
