I'd say you would be hard pushed to find a 17" steelie. Would prob have to be off a van or a 4x4? Even then the chances of it fitting would prob be slim

They are off mk2ph2 defo, they do fit however with no/very little adjusments needed iirc. Keep in mind there is no guarantee they are the same colour as your car?

Well, if your being exact, from ph2 dynamique to 'ph3' dynamique, the ph3 has diff wheels, front bumper, grill, dials, interior and has grey headlight surrounds and clear side reps. I only know this because we compared my 'ph3' dynamique to my mates 'ph2' dynamique. Slightly avoids confusion...

Yeah as beef-mc said its a mk2 ph3 to be exact, but if you are ordering parts it will just come under mk2 ph2.

That big black cover thing is your airbox believe it or not. Easy enough to remove I just can't remember how right now. Edit: Possibly best way to find out how to remove the whole thing is finding a guide to fitting an induction kit?
