Those stickers are only available in internal form from here, so you won't see them from the outside with your tints on?
Oh and friendly advice, stop typing in an accent or you will end up with constant piss taking. Just a warning if you want serious answers ;)
As said, as long as you are calm and polite everything will be sorted.
Oh and 130 + vat sounds pretty reasonable to me, you would be around that if you came to our garage to have it done, depending on what repair was needed.
I have 195/45/16 kumho kh11s on my 1.2 all round as they were cheap when i bought the 172 alloys for it. In the dry they refuse to let go, grip perfectly. In the wet they are utterly useless, understeer is hellish if you are not really careful. Seeing as you have a 172 i would defo avoid.

Minimum grade to use for sanding down primer id say would be 800 grit, so yeah you need to buy more. I am a sprayer btw.
I took my side bullets off when i got bored after colour coding, sanded the 16v badge off, used some 400 grit to get rid of the texture a little.
Then gave 3 heavy coats of...
Out of the ones you will most commonly find in the uk, the Dynamique is the highest spec non rs model. I think the one with wood etc already mentioned is only available as a 5 door - in the mk3s its known as the priviledge iirc.
Re: some c**t hit my car...
Would need to see pics of the damage to give you an idea of how easy it would be to fix, also depends on the position of the damage - too big/close to the edge of the panel and you'll more than likely have to spray the wing and/or quarter to blend the colour.
Hope...
The immobiliser wiring is located behind that panel where the hazard switch etc is so it may be possible you've upset something back there?
