    Been using the PMS ones for a while no problems and my mates had them in 18 months. Just don't swing off them when checking nuts when hot.

    They're a better design compared to the mk2 dephaser, so you should be ok. But if you can afford to, then no reason why not.

    They just clip in to a metal ring behind the wheel bearing mate. They may be retained by a screw i can't remember, but it's easy enough. Then just unclip from the behind the arch liner.

    Sounds like it's come out of the rail inside. Might be wrong but i think they are bonded in. It's probably broke the bond somewhere.
