Had a look at my 182 one yesterday and it's an Update List.

Try removing the seal between the bonnet and scuttle panel. That's a low pressure area and the speed of the air moving over the top of the windscreen might be enough to create a slight suction to help pull hot air out.

Have you monitored coolant and oil temps to see how hot it's actually getting? If it's just track sessions at 20 minutes a time, they're not really needed. Maybe look at what @Tomotek has done on his race car. They need to be in a low pressure area for them to work, can't just slap them anywhere.

The Pure Motorsport stud kit goes rusty eventually too, but i've give mine a wipe over with acf50 and they stay black. I suggest you do that on your next set Dan.

My Vibratechnic/Ktec mounts vibrate less than what the Powerflex insert did...

The fronts on my white speedlines have got a slight tinge of yellow after a track day. Not too bad though.

The 'proper' GoPro's are much better. Sound isn't as good on the SJCAM i don't think.

Ahh maybe yeah. Could throw some Redline WaterWetter in with the water to help prevent corrosion. I'm sure that stuff isn't slippy when spilt.

Just get 2 gallons of dionised water mate and use that as coolant for the Ring trip. If it leaks then it won't be an issue. A lot of the regulars there do that.

Can't go wrong with Bilt Hamber stuff. Not sure what their underseal is called but it'll be good stuff.
