Why are people mentioning plugs? They are due at 72k and are not age dependent if you follow the Renault service guide. Mine are still original ones.
Also I'd pay mote for one not serviced by Renault lol.
Turn it off auto, make sure AC light is off, put temp up, turn fans up.
Should blow hot air then.
IIRC outside temp doesn't effect the climate control anyway.
The wheels are in very good condition, ones brand new nearly, so seams a waste, also to much hassle for me to get them spayed lol. But would look good black.
Ok quick step guide, well this is how I did it.
Lid off coolant.
Take clip of bottom radiator hose, let run out.
Undue bleed screw, more coolant will then come out of radiator hose.
Flush out with water.
Put hose back on.
Fill up with coolant till it comes out of the bleed screw as a steady...
There not pressurised systems (well nothing happens if you undue the cap) If you have drained the system by removing the lower rad hose, it takes roughly 5 litres to fill back up. I also don't think it will drain properly unless you undue the bleed screw.
No idea then, nothing I've ever heard car makes loads off odd noises though lol. TDC sensor is common fault that stops car starting first go, my old 172 did it to.
Have a search for TDC sensor, should be few threads about it
They called it VED so they don't have to fix the pot holes lol
I've heard if you leave the sensor out of the decat, and bung it up, the light doesn't come on.
Mike knows lot more than I do though!
You open the bleed screw, then start filling the header tank till it pisses out the bleed screw, do the bleed screw up.
Fill header tank, then keep the car at 3kRPM for 10 mins and keep filling up the header tank as required.
