Your insurance is ridiculous. To put it into perspective for you, at 19, I was paying £850 on a group 11 car, albeit I had 1 years NCB, but B class postcode.
According to Willie, the owner of the plate, he fitted a Walbro 255. I'll double check it one day.
Cap's just a tight fit, just need to put more weight down on it to get it to open :).
Apparently they work. TBH there's not meant to be much metal in there, but I'd rather catch what little bit there will be than fire it through the turbo bearings.
Exactly what it says. It has a magnet in it, to catch any bits of ferrous metal in your engine. That way, it's stuck to that, not damaging your engine.
Goodies/Necessities...
Japspeed Alloy Rad, Driftworks Magnetic Sump Plug, oil & fuel filters and a new thermostat. Shame the rad cap doesn't seem to come off the alloy rad, which will make checking fluid level in the rad a ball ache. Disappointed if that's the case, but, I hope it's not meant...
There might be a Walbro on it. I need to have a look one night and check, but either way they're cheap enough. Maintenance, Brakes and Suspension are more important than tuning ATM.
Sure is. It was always going to be put on coilovers anyway. Those will probably be June's pay packet. Rims will be the hard choice, I don't like paying ridiculous amounts on wheels that look like they have been dragged along a quarry, just because they are JDM.
