The problems you're having are most likely to be because of the orange firmware. I hate it when they do that, always messing up phones. If I get one I'll be risking it and rooting it.

Yeah, have a search for pollen filter. Smell may also be due to damp in the AC system, one of them AC bomb canisters will help.

I just use autoglym bumper care or whatever its called, makes them black and water repellent for a while.

I don't think this is the usual resistor pack issue. The CC works perfectly fine when its on, however sometimes when its turned off I get a draft when driving at motorway speeds. Its either cold air on my feet, or hot air on the windscreen. Turning the CC on and back off usually sorts the...

As griff said there's no difference in gaming between i5 and i7. I went for an i5 750 and its spot on, easily overclockable too. I'd never had g-skill memory but bought some this time round and no problems, with regards to memory speeds I read on tom's hardware its not worth the extra dosh.

Then they say.. So the testing and people reporting better signal is wrong anyway.
