Usually open office will open excel files and protected cells with a password without needing it, maybe the same for vb?

Something's bust, mine is doing it too, its quite a breeze that comes in not normal. Mine is intermittent though doesn't do it all the time. Only fix I've found so far is to turn the climate on then off again a couple of times, forces it to close. If not put it on re-circ before turning it...

Only other option is BT Vision, not a big fan of it myself though.

Some of the newer ones can, but it usually has to be activated by the user. If its brand new chances of it being registered are slim.
