out of interest, how have you 'forced' your ps3 to 1080p as mine changes down to 720p for games in that res? or is it the tv which is upscaling? my ps3 is set to 1080p.

LLU has nothing to do with the lines from the exchange to the premises, its the equipment in the exchange which they own. the line is owned by bt wholesale and normally openreach manages the line.

just don't go for the top package as the router is dogshit, makes the homehub look like gold block. I can have my laptop 1m from it and i get 2mb of the 20mb download speed, using a cable i get all 20mb, the wireless on it is useless.

yes, you need to press triangle on the usb drive and then select view all files i think. it's expecting a video folder but you can do it using the above method. unless its an mkv, for those you need to convert them to .vob files first using something like mkv2vob.

LMAO, i'm going from a 32 to a 40, think thats a big enough jump, i only sit 1.5-2m form the tv, anything bigger and it will degrade the quality of the image for the distance i am to it. Plus, the 40" was £900 cheaper than a 46..........

finally upgraded my tv today, bought myself a Sony 40Z5800, supposed to be very good, was looking at the samsung LED's but seems to be a lot of quality issues with them. it's to go with my 360 super elite, ps3, sky hd and sony 1100 5.1 surround system.

can't do this as i'm not home but i get a stable 20mb download and 2mb upload, 7ms ping i think. I get 20mb/s all night though, even after downloading 20gb's ;)

lol, took them about 18 months and lots and lots of consoles to go wrong with the same problem before they were 'forced' to though, they denied it for a very long time with about half of consoles breaking with the same problem! Then rather than fix the problem they just extended the warranty...
