It may be the pump thats faulty as they are crap on the Clios, its located next to the washer filler u just need to lift the plastic tray and disconnect the hoses and pull it out. You can get the pumps from halfords for a fiver or from renault for about £7.
Heres one I took with my 6680, its a 1.2 8v but it should be very similar and mine has double optics, I cant see why a 16v would be any different.

I hope it is 22.50, the MOT guy gave me a rough price. I would buy one from a breakers and fit it myself but my car needs to be MOTd and taxed by Wednesday.
My car has just failed its MOT on this very part, the red bit doesnt click properly. The part is about £50 from Renault! :o Im getting it fitted on wednesday so will know the part number then.
Im not sure what you mean. Set out the wires on your car like the new style in my post above for both sides. Then fit your new lights, then that should be right? The new style above makes the ph1 just like the ph2 wiring.

You can buy better horns from places like Halfords. My dad used to have a 2 tone diesel train horn on his lorry, that made people get out the way: beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeoooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
When I was sitting in a Trophy at a showroom I tried the horn and it sounds much better than...

Go to a large Renault dealor and find the Renault merchandise catalogue. You can get 1/18 and 1/43 scale clios from all dealors if you know the part numbers.

Im no good at photoshop but ive always wandered what a 182 would look like fully kitted out in the F1 colours with team spirit, elf and michelin sponsers all over it.
Tom do you know how to take the reflectors out the lights? Also can anyone confirm they are in for legal reasons as the optic light thats dark is relfective anyway.
They wouldnt be that hard to fit, its just a case of undoing 4 screws and pulling the upper grill off then another 3 screws to take the old units out. Sliding the new units in is a little tricky but its not worth £65 labour.
Yeah what Mike said, the mk2ph1s have hydraulic (sp) power steering and the belt drives the pump, if it goes you just loose the power steering and it becomes heavier. It doesnt cost much to replace, should be done with the 72k service i think.
The new Clio has 5 star ncap rating, 1 star pedestrian rating and 4 star child protection rating.
