No it's having a service at 60k, not a 60k service. Unless everyone drives exactly 12k a year i don't see how that service schedule would work.
My manual says 2 years and/or 12k.

I hate the 12/24/36 etc service thing, cos who does exatcly 12k a year forever.
In answer to your question though, i'd get it serviced at 60k (assuming your last was at 48k?) or in October 2011, whichever comes first.
Mines does the same, I noticed on mine the bolts that hold the manifold heat sheild on are loose, which makes the heatshield rattle if you tap it, but because of where the bolts are it's impossible to do them up.
