Mate had a play with one in his 182. 182 was quicker but was surpised with the tdi.

If your positive there's nothing at your end taking up bandwidth it has to be an issue with them. Contact them and include those trace's, see what they say.

Not much you can do unfortunately, Either need to wait for them to enable llu, or wait for them to upgrade the capacity of their standard service. Pings are high because they have too many people and not enough bandwidth. Or move ISP.

Probably the battery thats duffed. Tried taking it out and putting it in, sometimes the connections dont make contact properly.

I had one of mine done at the wheel specialist. Pricey but very good, I was told it was about 260 for all 4 refurbed, maybe that didn't include balancing etc. Also it wasn't the same day, mine was there for a couple.

It can effect performance yes.

May be easier to reset the policies and start again. Could take ages messing to fix it.

Its possible their just having issues. Tried rebooting the router incase its messed up, check your PC isn't downloading or something. If not call them.
