New one seems expensive, the others aren't bad. Personally I'd still get the n96, or an n97 price dependant but its your choice.

I don't see the point in these snipe things. Just put the maximum you want to pay on ebay. If you win you win, if you don't then its obviously more than you wanted to pay.

You can get them for less than that, not sure about new. I've got an n96 and its been spot on, bigger screen, more memory, sat nav works ok. If you're getting an n95 get the 8gb version.

It doesn't have to be a legal song thats sent via bluetooth, there are other sounds/songs around. I also send alot of pictures to laptops and other phones via bluetooth, or can the iphone do that now?

You can copy and paste on the n96, and i'm sure it has voice control for calling etc. Not that I ever bother with it. Who uses a compass when you've got gps and maps?? Edit: That video above says the n97 has a compass too, still don't see much need for it.
