Thats what I was thinking. If its repaired and doesn't look any different, unless someone asks noone will know. It only goes down on v5 if its been wrote off then bought back and repaired.
Shouldn't really de value the car.
If you remove the screws the vent will pull out, if it doesn't get a screwdriver round the edge. Its a b**ch to put back in though as the dash flexes when pushing it in!
Used to run vpower all the time but my local is a rip off works out at least 10p more a litre than tesco 99, so I now use that. Not noticed any difference in either bar the price. I saw a review online somewhere where they tested v power, bp ultimate and tesco 99 using the same car, and tesco...
Mine seems to stop accelerating around that mark when its cold but only for 30secs if i keep my foot there it starts speeding up on its own. But it doesn't refuse, if I put my foot down more it will go higher.
Mine does it when the handbrake isn't on enough. Just pull it up more!!

There are two bulbs btw, I got mine from halfords, got a spare in the car as mine kept going. I'll get the part number and post it up tomorrow if I remember.
I remember on my 1.2 them bulbs were a right b*****d to fit. Ended up driving home once with one lose pointing up in the sky because i couldnt get it to sit right and was in a rush.
