Check the logs on the router and see if its giving an error to why it doesn't connect. If you can access the router page from your pc doubt its a firewall etc issue. The auto detect connection doesn't always work or put the username/password in for you, you will have to do this yourself.

Not sure if they're the right adaptors but I'm guessing so if they say thats what they are for. But think you need to take the dash off to fit these anyway so might as well do the crossovers whilst your at it.

Cheap ones work well but only lasted about 8months on mine before they perished, bosch ones are worth the extra if they last about 2 years like I've been told.
