If you really need 10mb then there's not much else you can do. Either you pay for them or your stuck with what you got. Our 10mb line costs around 13k a year inc support. Not sure how much the initial install was though.

Only way I can think, is to use set up standard internet connections (leased line or similar) then create a VPN using routers etc. I'm no expert though.

As said, PC suite them to your computer address book, then back onto the new phone.

Ah the beauties of linux. If your using windows don't think there is an easy option other than setting up an ftp or vpn.

Doubt its the cables. Can you plug a computer into the modem direct instead of the router and see if you get a connection? That will show wether its the router or not.

Mine went down slightly when I changed mine, but its back up as normal now. Why would you want to change it back to standard?
