Sounds a bit expensive unless inc fitting. Cost about £54inc vat at my local. And they will replace them over a year old if u phone renault UK and kick off. They did with me anyway.
Even if the pads are low, somethings not right, all those lights shouldn't be coming on because of that. Pretty sure if thats the case you could argue it.
Wouldn't have thought all those lights would come on if it was just a brake problem, but then it is renault I suppose. Does the brake fluid/handbrake light not come on? Maybe worth getting it on the clip at renault whilst its still in warranty incase its something electrical thats failing.
Sounds more like an IE thing than norton. Best thing to do is temporarily disable norton and drop the security down in IE (under tools, options, security). If your still struggling try downloading a different web browser such as opera/firefox.
how much would it cost to repair if a new panel isn't needed? Might cost more than your excess but work out cheaper in the long run with higher premiums.
This used to happen on windows 98, once u installed a network card it asked you for a username and password to use as if it was being networked. No idea why it would come up now though, must be something similar. Did u used to have the welcome screen before? Guessing ur on xp
Didn't know cyclists could use house insurance or anything to cover things like that. If his insurance won't cover it and he can't afford to pay it, would tesco let u make a non fault claim keeping your ncb?
Hope all gets sorted.
I had sky broadband and if ur on the max package theres no download limits/restrictions. They do have a FUP but won't say what it is and people have downloaded 300gb a month without any problems. Just prey that it doesn't break cos its a nightmare phoning tech support!
If its not in a wearable position like where you sit then it sounds like a defect. If there's any problems with the dealership contact RUK. They have been helpful with me in the past.
It can be quite slow, even if it says it connects around 2.5mb its rarely that speed. Depends how desperate you are, for occasional browsing it will be fine, but coverage can also be an issue. If 3g is unavaliable it will use standard gprs, but thats usually slower than 56k.
