    Dci question

My friend has just chucked a Kangoo dCi engine in his dCi 80 with no issues. Used his gearbox and ancillaries as they weren't included but started up first time and drives like a dream. I would take into account the 65 doesn't use an intercooler so would need that and the pipework etc or just...

    Mondial Blue 172 Cup

Open passenger door Press lock button on dash Shut and manually lock passenger door That was the way I used to disable the interior sensors on my old Clio's. The rest of the time it was the bonnet sensor, which I would unplug and problem solved. Alternatively, sack the whole lot off. Always...

    Cars, loss of motivation

As said in the other posts here, taking cars off the road to do work on them isn't always good, and something I certainly regret. I started a restore on my 5 GT Turbo back in 2011, and it's looking sorry for itself these days! Then there's my 172 Cup, which I pulled off the road late last...

    Creaking steering wheel

Was going to suggest removing the plastics Try the standard wheel next? Although it's probably the heat causing it somewhere The video makes it sound worse than it looks, if that even makes sense, the wheel hardly turns but the noise continues, so yeah maybe its that rotary switch destroying...

    Creaking steering wheel

I can't ever recall ever having that sort of thing in the video, the only issue I had was more of a clicky / snap issue when parking which turned out to be a driveshaft. If yours didnt do it before you fitted an aftermarket wheel then perhaps you have disturbed the column plastic cowlings? Hard...

Terrible day - n/s driveshaft popped out

I'd be tempted to replace the shaft and be done with it mate. However I'm not even going to start suggestions on here lol @imprezaworks

Terrible day - n/s driveshaft popped out

Yes it's just the plate that fits the inner boot and presses it to the box to seal it. Has that come off the other end lol? Check the outer boot ! :)
