Thanks alot
Happened to me in my dynamique. Was a faulty starter motor. Renault replaced it then it happened again because they didn't tighten the wires up enough when the replaced it :@ Could just be a loose wire to the starter, id check that 1st.
Does it just loose the wireless connection of does the internet itself drop out? Check that u have the latest firmware for ur router, netgear is renowned for not working untill its up to date.
me too! T3Z it wasnt in or around the Burnley area was it? an old college friend of mine shared 1 of these with his brother and it could have been that reg.
Probably too early then unless it took u half an hr to get off. We went on the selfridges bottom level. started queuing coming off the motorway about 5ish and didnt park up till 5:30!
Heard good/bad reports about demon. Nearly joined them myself but think its a 12month contract so if they're shite ur stuck with them till the end of the 12 months. some companies will let u end the contract early but will charge u a cancellation fee.
Have u checked if it has any logs about connecting to the internet? Sounds like a username/password problem for the ADSL line. The lights will light up as it detects the ADSL is there but it sometines doesn't authenticate. If thats not the case does it have a DHCP Server built in? U might need...
I know this isn't clio related but does anyone have any experience in removing door cards for a KA? I know its a case of removing the screws then there are some clips that hold the card on. Apparently these are v hard to remove without breaking the clips, does anyone have a diagram of where...
Getting 1 for christmas, heard the tomtom300 is good for the average price range. Anyone have any recommendations on 1 or something similar for the price? Also do they come with speed camera locations?
Thanks
I had the same problem, cracked rings. The garage only replace the rings though not the driveshafts. £128 for the pair to be replaced. They did say that the driveshafts were heavily pitted + if the rings cracked again they would need replacing. Perhaps yours was in worse condition than mine.
The firewall is usually good if its set to high. Ive never bothered with a software firewall and never had any problems. If u do buy 1 dont get norton it slows ur comp down.
Don't have a sony but have used other laptops that do a similar thing. The fan is on a temperature sensor so only comes on when its hot, if its boarderline temp it comes on then goes off once its cooled a bit. If its not getting stupidly hot and works ok I wouldnt worry about it.
Currently studying for the server 2003 exam 270. Got an online learning course which is interactive and pretty good.. although iv'e found that some questions on the practice exams I have never come across in the topics on the web site :( Having to look around myself for other sources now to...
Not sure. The garage replaced a bust wheel bearing and said that might be the fault. The guy said that both of the ABS Sensors are 'split' (whatever that means) so if it carries on doing it they will need replacing. Its an intermittant problem and not done it yet so fingers crossed it was the...
Been having problems with my brakes for a while. Just had the front discs + pads replaced and also a rear wheel baring which the garage thought were causing the problem. They said that the ABS sensors are split which is probably causing the problem if I still have it. Does any1 know what that...
Managed to run hl2 on a amd64 3200 with a 2 yr old fx 5600 on max options + AA. Only slowed down a bit at complicated points. Dunno how, just seemed to run easily on that game. Friends got a 9800 pro and can run full but without full AA. An X800 or equivilent should be able to cope if u can...
What do u mean could just be the pedal? The sound it makes is quite loud and the vibrating is harsh. Its not like a grinding noise like when pads are worn its different, hard to explain. Don't they spin the wheels to check when they do MOT? so they would have found the problem if that was the...
Its just the pedal, nothing at all through the steering. Had the problem before the new disks were fitted, guess the garage that fit them would have noticed if they werent straight. Its an intermitant problem too, strange how it doesnt do it all the time.
