I don't think so mate, unless it's clearly worn or damaged. I contemplated changing mine to the lightened TTV one, but it was another few hundred quid and for what i use it for there's not much point. Was already the best part of £2k in already.

To bleed them, there's usually a bung in the piston/cylinder. Remove that and turn the handle as you would if you were lowering the jack and give the handle a few pumps.
I'd say the side that is making the noise is the correct/working caliper and the quiet one is possibly seized.
Both sides on mine used to make noises. They're a race pad at the end of the day.
As long as they stop you, then it's all good.
