I believe the two piece J&R drivers shafts (non 172 Cup style ones) seem to be wrong in the way that they catch the engine block from having too larger boot or something. Unsure what ones @Dr Jekyll is running but my one piece items haven't caused an issue at all and I haven't been sat still...

Do you know if the D/V is genuine? There are thousands of HKS SSQV replicas out there with holographic logos and so on, and most have been found to cause boost leaks either inside the unit or on the connecting adapter for different applications. I would try the whole package without the D/V...

Good move... Usually not a great believer in the black wheels look but as your cars always clean, I expect tyre shine will be well in stock and applied :up:

Nice to see a clean standard one and good you've got the belts out the way now. What's the plan? Bring it up to a high standard?

Just jack the rear up a little and get it a little more level pal, obviously support the rear with axel stands like the front. I wouldn't have the front of the car too high doing it as you'll struggle to drain it all. Also a risk of overfilling it too.

You were the guy I sold my rear hub spacers too and I remember you having trouble with the bolts compared to the sport ones? That will be the movement pal, hope it's an easy fix :smile:

As above echoed I swapped my struts for used ones like you did, and they felt the same, however my friend replaced his with new ones and I nearly knocked myself out when I opened it as I didn't realise how much I pull mine open in comparison! Closing is the same though

Worth getting while you can... I was going to replace the compensator to flexi pipes on my Cup but by the time I got round to working on the car, a matter of weeks later they were discontinued :( be warned!
