Juss, Sounds like your heater matrix could be blocked. Before worrying about trying to fit a new one get your cooling system flushed out and see if that makes it better, Its an 8 hour job to fit a new one at a garage!!! Mat.

Raj, Make sure the seal in in the correct place and also that the light cluster itself sits in the two lugs at the bottom, noticable by the bottom of the light sticking out further than it should. Mat.

Nick, It is definately in the passenger sill, i can show you if you want! Been baffling me for a while as it happens when its parked up and there are no signs of any damp patches anywhere. Not the sunroof as they have no drianage channels and the roof is only single skinned...
