no fuse at the back of the radio. we have had a lot of these lately. we disconnect them or pop the fuse for the interior lights out and resets the radio. if it happens again the radio might have to be repaired.
is that picture of the shockers thats on the car because the one to the right is snapped. and replace both as said, its always the o/s one for some reason.
the only thing to do is pressure test it. i have seen rads leak from down there on 172s or get the car on axle stands take undertray offf and run the car up. and see if you can see anything its easier from underneath
if 5th has popped mate you need to just put a new bolt in as they come lose and pop out. there is a black casing on the end which comes off in there is 5th gear. havent seen that for a long time though.
i belive the pick you to be the decoder ring, i got confused with what you said. if one doesnt flash it dead, proberly needs a set of keys. do they start the car?
