Not particularly slick, which is all that matters in a pH neutral shampoo. People worry about how much a shampoo "lathers up". The real test is how it affects the wash implement touching the paint. BTBM, 901 and Hyper wash are all much better.
But you're not a car wax...
Alex_225, AG shampoo is awful stuff. I would ditch it personally and stick with the Gold Class (if you're a Halfords shopper).
Wheels were meant to be refurb'd, then C5'd but I haven't had the time or desire to spend on the car since moving to London. Well apart from tuning mods.
The R8 however has C5 on the wheels and Fk on everything metal in the arches, bar the exhaust. It also has C4. Granted the thing does 50...
Elfy, don't take this personally as it's only down to you being the 10th person today, but...
IT's f**king 'TIL, NOT TILL! A TILL STORES MONEY, UNTIL IS SHORTENED TO 'TIL. Or til if you're being lazy.
Best off emailing him, Edde. Visit the white details website.
P.s long time no speak - glad to see you're posting again chap (Jamie, met you at Demon Tweaks years ago when I'd just joined and you were THE source of clio knowledge).
As Gally has said, strong APC ratio in a snow foam lance, or just spritzed over the entire car and left to dwell. This will remove the original layer. Then usual prep pre reapplying.
JonG's old 1.2 in the same colour was a doddle. Although it had been resprayed on the rear bumper leaving some red overspray... that was certainly a scare!
Not as effectively, hence making sure people are aware. pH neutral snow foams will not strip waxes. TFRs will.
If you want to snow foam, use Meg's Hyperwash. If you want to strip waxes use an APC. If you want to strip waxes and dirt, TFRs.
