Copy the .vcf on to the phone, then go to the contacts and choose import from storage.
Just drop it loose on the internal storage, not in any of the folders.
Edit: Scrap that!
I've figured it out, it's a different way to my HTC One X though. You need to go into the Apps menu, press and hold the app you want to add to a new screen and a new one will appear.
Can't believe i didn't think of that before :o
Just tried it with mine and i'm the same as Danny, can only get 2 home screens (not that i'm bothered, was just curious).
I'm no noob to Android either, so i know what people are saying about dragging to the right to add more.
There is a rattle, but mine is not the buttons it's the image stabiliser inside the camera.
If you hold the buttons and shake the phone, you'll hear it.
Compare it to the iPhone 5s and this is how it looks:
2gb ram vs the 5s' 1gb
quad core processor vs the 5s' dual core
