Yes there is a way it's something along the lines of switch the car off, turn the ignition, preset the stalk reset as you would to reset the trip computer, hold that for 10 seconds and then start the car, I'll check what the full instructions are as I had to do the same with my mk3
Had a short drive and as soon as a saw it I knew I was going to be buying it... Not really any plans as it's already how I want it so I'll be keeping it clean and tidy and just making it my own...
On the drive back... Not bad at all...

It is very fiddly... If you have small hands, follow the light into the bonnet and poke your hands in... If not iirc then it's a bumper off jobby if you want an easy time
Generally a remap on these cars dont see too much of a gain compared to something like a golf gti but if you are wanting a bit more gain then go for it... but yes do it after you have a new air filter, also think about possibly upgrading your exhaust before if you do get a remap...
As the title says really, im looking at adding an induction kit to my mk3 but cant seem to find anything on removing the standard air box... If anyone has done it or knows of any guides could you please share? When i was playing around with it there seems to be something holding it from...
