It will fit. When i got my 172 it had a 182 drivers shaft on it. They look a bit different and the abs rings are a little wider. But it isnt good practice. Should really get one from the exact model.

I found it a ball ache sometimes trying to line up wheels with spacers with hub to put a bolt it. So next time ill be going for bolt to hub type. How much wheel bolt sticks out of your wheel? Because if its more than 15mm your need shorter bolts.

Id say faulty headunit/harness. Take it back.

In your first post you said it will no longer power up. So has this headunit been working then stopped. Or never worked?
