are you 100% about this fred??
taking hubs from a 1.4 16v ph2 (58mm)
they would go on a 1.2 8v ph1 (52mm) and the only thing that wouldnt line up, is the bolt spacing??
would also like 100% confimation on this.
edit: also i want to put them on a clio without abs?? would this pose a...
i would assume so,
all clios so far have had a 4x100 stud pattern and a similar bore,
at most youd need spigots or to bore the wheel out, but cant imagine that to be the case.
they didnt go through the block because of a problem with the connections, you'll find this on many clios, (wires cut off the block and soldered)
finch wxm have you actually done this with a resistor?? ive tried so many different resistors, but non of the seem to work, i just get used to the...
nothing to it tbh,
build everything out the car (seats, subframes, pretensioners if your using standard seatbelts, or just feed them all through if you're using a simple buckle harnesses)
worth having two people involved also if you have to do the nut and bolt up at the same time
yes yes, hilton hotel, we know megzy lol
but yes, that will mean leaving my house at 4am
so waking up at around 3:30am! no shower for me in the morning :(
I havnt taken the whole thing out,
just the pin that connects it to the rear axle, its assuming my car is far to heavy when it's infact very light lol, might have to give the lever a yank and see if its just jammed up
thats possibly the same on the 1.2s
theres a spring on the rear axle that pushed up on a level thats connected to a block in the lines going in and back out again.
I assumed the lower the car was, the more the lever would be pushed up, increasing the performance of the rear brakes (assuming...
When i brake hard, the rear brakes lock up long before the fronts.
The fronts are only half on and the rears will lock up, causing the back to become very unstable under hard braking.
ive had to remove what looks like a load bearing valve from the back because of the lowness, and the rears...
this is the exact hight mines soon to be, complete with the same splitter.
im already lower than most and have got used to it now, but what kind of problems do you encounter being THIS low??
LOW=WIN!
think the black and silver works really well,
but as said, dont get the angel eyes, and change the back lights to standard
aftermarket lights bridge the gap to chavdom!
