My alarm doesnt sound when the alarm is set off lights flash though so thats a start, any ideas on what could be wrong ?? plus where is the sounder ? :oops:- Baker16v

Been quoted £230 for disks and pads all round (standard) supplied and fitted for clio 16v, is this good value ? Plus how much more £££ are we talking 4 uprated disks and pads ?? Cheers in advance- Baker16v
