i have a 1.4 rt phase one and want to uprate the rear shocks. what have people used? or suggest? would just like to know peoples opinions b4 going out and spending the money. dont want to end up with sh*t!!!!

ive done the side trim, door handles, boot lock, bit at bottom of boot, scutter panel, front grill and bits under front lights. had no problems with any of it. As people have dais just takes a bit of time.

cheers, wasnt really sure what i had to do. Will give it a go. am actually putting it on the rear bumper, u know if this makes it any different/harder to do?

am wanting to modify my rear bumper,make it lower to the ground. Am think of grafting a seat idiza rear splitter onto it. What have people done to theirs?Thought of idiza one as been used on many car a really cheap.

lowering the front is a piece of piss, easy to do yourself. just follow the haynes manual. didnt try the torsion bar though, RPM in Ware, Hertfordshire did it for £82, was deff the best proce i was quoted in the area. tried extreme, ripspeed and ar-tec.

i have a 1.4 rt and wanting to upgrade my front brakes to the ones off a 16v. Has anyone done this successfully? had to change anything else to improve braking?
have been told i may have to change the master cylinder and servo. thanks in advance
