when u bleed the brakes yes i do mean attach the hoses then undo the bleed nut. what u attach to it is i little tool for bleed brakes which is a small piece of rubber tubing with a bung in one end and a small slit in the tubing near the bottom. u attach this to the back of the bleeding nut and...
dont have to drain all the brake fluid out, but whilst going about it if it hasnt been chaged for a while might be worth doing!
discs r held in with 2 hex screws, calipers are bolted on with 2 bolts, but make sure you get the bolts with the 16v brakes as they are a diff length to ur rt ones so...

im looking for a replacement filter for my standard box. anyone have any reports on what they have used? was thinking of a green stuff one at the mo, but still tempted to go piperx.

mate of mine had to wait over 2 weeks to get his tyres delivered from mytyres! and that was only after phoning them a few times!!!! do good prices though agreed. depends if u can afford to wait a bit!
as already said torsion or BB. Ive just had stuff done at torsion and v happy wit it, John the guy who does it is very helpful wit anything you want to ask him.
not 100% sure what each part does, but from the names and the small amount i know the tensioner will keep tension in the cambelt and the pully acts a roller to keep it moving smoothly.
to have either of these chaged would £200 as exactly same amount of work as changing cambelt so mite as well...
when having the cambelt changed it is a good idea to change the tensioner and pully. without having this done should cost you about £140 with this being done including part, torsion tuning will do it 4 £240, BB tuning 4 £340.

right i got single 10" alpine type r. if u are only going to run 1 then you want the SWR1041D. this when wired correctly will run at 2ohms which is what u will prob want from a mono block amp. Ive got an alpine mrd-m300 and this is how i got it.

so people are basically sayin it will still leak even when i have changed the gasket? what exactly do u do with the silcome sealant?
