One of my mates has a vts and another as the 106 gti, they raced a few times and the 106 is always quicker, just straight line, the 106 driver is a fa6 on corners, why have a 106 gti eh!! Compared to the valver though i dont know, havnt bought mine YET!!

Hi Ive seen a few people talkig about how the 16v (clio/19) engine varies a lot in standard trim. What auses the variations an is there any way you can tell if your getting a good one when buying? Also when tuning does it just mean the lower bhp ones as standard respond better to tuning ordoes...

Me flat mate has a VTS and i used to have a 19 16V and there wasnt a big differance between the 2 he was slightly quicker. But his car red lined in fifth at 130 where as the 19 would get 130 but no where near red lining. So from this to me it looks like the VTS is geared to accelerate quicker...

£3500 is quite expensive eh! Dad asked the dealer he thought it would be about £2500 but he wasnt sure. LAD are comming up with a kit as well but ive heard a lot of bad reports about them, well for peugeots any way. There is no mention of prices but the cooper conversion is £1500.

You getting the works conversion or where you getting it done at? My dad is picking his cooper s up next week after his cooper was written off, car pulled out in front of him. I think hes going for the works conversion but i have seen a few other conversions comming up for the s, just wondering...

The newest impreza has a different engine and suspension and front but you can only get it in japan, the one we get here jus has a little done to the suspension and the new front. shame, new one sounds much better.

If it was an mi-16 im pretty sure you would have known it wasnt standard, they are about 160bhp standard and the 1.9 GTi is 130bhp, not a lot to them either so they wont weigh much. went a run in one and it was seriously rapid, only problem was the mental insurance. It had a few things done to...
