Im in assuming this was for a 172 cup ?? Did you sort out the correct size , if so what dimensions was it ? I reeeeally need to know as mine has just failed on it :(

I'm not sure ? That's something I hadn't checked , just seems to be so many things that could cause it , and process of elimination can be expensive :(

Still having this issue ! At then end of my tether with it now :headno:...........had the calipers checked out and everything was moving freely as it should be all dust seals were fine etc , also none of the wheels were getting hot after driving , and the brakes were not wearing unevenly at all...

I had his too , got worse over time . Bought a new speedo sensor from renault for around £20 . Job done :)

I average around 36-37 mpg in my cup . Thats just going to and from work, probably a bit heavy footed lol . If I try really hard I can keep it over 40

Depends what your after really ? I'd never had air con so I wernt going to miss that . I mostly went for the cup because of looks. I wanted a car I was happy with looks wise standard and didn't want to start buying spoilers and alloys etc , been there done that . Yes it lacks certain things...

Ahh mine doesn't pull , just judders bad , and I know it ain't a sticky caliper as the wheels don't get hot .

Basically it keeps happening ! The brakes are unbalanced again and I think the same bearing has gone again , don't think it's done to calipers as the brakes don't get hot at all ! And it's always the left side ? I've read an exact same scenario else where and it turned out to be a bad hub .

Thanks , yeah I know they were unbalanced as they failed the mot , but since then it's happened again , so obviously an underlying problem on one of the sides ..... So it's possibly the left side that has the problem ?
