Saw a rb182 on the flyover thing by Bhs this morning at 12ish ,was an 05 plate I think , and saw a blue 04 plate 182 pulling into wharf road this evening at about 6.20 :)
own up whoever you are lol
They may of even been left off ?? I just supervise and make the coffee so not sure , but I'm willing to remove anything that its likely to cause me hassle lol
Thanks ! Yes I will my membership run out a month or so again ! Just been waiting for a spare bit of money to renew it :) my clio breaks far to much to not be a member ! I need the help haha
Probably going to be the way forward for me I reckon ! Need it sorted tbh as it hardly makes for an enjoyable drive specially when you want to give it some beans
No haven't actually really checked the front calipers , but it something was sticking wouldn't the wheel be getting hot ? Or is that not necessarily the case ?
And yes little rings were put back and the nuts were tourqued right as I looked it up specially ! I'm getting to the point of just...
I've never known a car to eat so many discs and pads I'm starting to think there's an under lying issue !
when I bought the car after a while I replaced all discs and pads and both rear bearings , after a while the rear bearing went again ( probably because they were cheap ) but also that rear...
Passed a rb 182 in Danbury this afternoon an 04 plate and a liquid yellow 182 up by the Miami roundabout think it was an 05 ! Both looked very tidy ! Think both had 3/4 plates
Hmm ok . Is it not possible that the heat it's been causing from seizing could have damaged the bearing in anyway ?? Because it is typical bearing symptoms
No ?? Will it need to be replaced seeing as crap may have got in ? It wasn't the piston dust cap , it was the other one . The discs were just replaced and all the relevant parts were greased . It was obviously ok for a while but now it's bust again lol
Right basically I think I've got what sounds like a rear wheel Bearing gone ... It's a constant humming noise, but also the rear caliper keeps seizing ???
The rear caliper stuck a while back but there was no noise at that time , and we put it down to the fact that one of the dust covers was...
Well i replaced both the track rod ends and lower ball joints , and its like a totally different car, no more being dragged over the road. Am a happy girly !
Basically the front cover in the engine,( the smaller one that don't seem to serve much purpose) has had a nut shear off :/ .....anyone know where I can get one or how much renault charge . I also need the nut ! Its a long one with a piece of thread each end with the washer/bolt in the middle...
I had it laser aligned a couple of months ago after replacing the wishbone bushes so cant be that ?
I've read a fair few times that worn track rod ends can have the effect im having , so may just be worth replacing them ...they arent too expensive are they ???
I'm out maldon way , yeh it drives straight , and it seems to pull all over the shot possibly more to the right though , but as mentioned its only under hard acceleration, and is fine on flat roads like motorways.
Its on turinis, and had four brand new yokos 9 months ago, checked pressures...
