I have it, just don't know how to use it and don't have time to learn it at the moment. Cloning, dodge, burn, layers etc mean nowt to me.
Colour saturation was changed on a couple to get the b & w with Irfanview, borders added with Irfanview. I can work Irfanview a bit :o
I used film for...
go on the Laxey to Ramsey road, turn right after Ballaglass farm onto the road that loops round to Maughold, pic was taken from the road between Cornaa and Ballajora, the lighthouse is at Maughold Head.

If you're using wireless triggers you won't need the built in flash on. As far as I know the built in flash can't be used to trigger the SB400 anyway as the SB400 can't be used wirelessly as part of Nikon CLS (hence you'll need the triggers or hotshoe cord).
I don't think you can swivel the...
Theoretically yeah... but you'd have to get the boat from Heysham which gets there at 5.45am (earliest Liverpool crossing doesn't get there till 2pm).
Expensive for a day trip mind, you'd be looking at £140-£200 for the ferry at this time of year :dead:
yeah, especially if you combine it with a motorsport event as I've just done. It's a beautiful place and the roads are fun once you're out of the towns. Good to explore some of the lanes used for the rally stages too :)
It's pretty spooky that we ended up watching at the same spots on four stages. I shall try and be more observant next time I'm over and check what car you've got before I set off!
Local knowledge probably made up for a few less bhp!
The other Clio was on the ferry coming back today, it looked a right mess, they binned it in Cringle :(
didn't see you but seen your old car :(
and a RB 182 in Peel parked up
and a 5 door Mk1 with orange wheels and drainpipe exhaust :dead:
did a few pics of my car so will post a thread later/tomorrow, 600 miles in 5 days on an island thats only around 35 miles long!
A guide... erm...
1. Put PEC pad on plastic spatula (or buy ready made swabs)
2. Switch camera on, lock the mirror up (should be a menu function to do this)
3. Put a couple of drops of fluid on the PED pad.
4. Wipe the sensor one way. Turn spatula over and wipe again.
5. Repeat 4 if sensor is...
Don't bother with motorsport photography as a career idea, far too many people giving their work away for nowt these days for it to work.
Weddings/portraits/corporate stuff etc there's still scope for making a living though.
Make a rig (i.e. something that can attach the camera a metre or two away from your car), drive at around 3mph, fire the camera with a remote, car should be sharp (cos the camera is moving with it) and the background/wheels should be blurred.
Then photoshop the rig out of the image.
Or get...
And how many times have you chased them up demanding that they keep their side of the agreement? Less than 1? Add "failure to supply a copy of the publication will result in a charge of £250" to the usage agreement and then send an invoice when nowt arrives.
I don't understand why you give...
70-200 f2.8 if you're doing inside pics with no flash and not allowed anywhere near the couple. No point firing a flash from the back of the church anyway.
Also best to have a flash (or two), especially in October. And a diffuser. And reflector.
