It happened on my 197 and 200. It was better when warmed up properly, but still far from perfect. A few close/dangerous moments when pulling out of roundabouts early morning on the way to work.
Sat on my bumper for about 5mins and then dangerously overtook me on Katherine Way about 6.30am. Nearly lost it at the roundabout and made yourself look like a tool in the process!
If you were trying to impress me, you failed.
Are you on here, r****d?
You're right, the Gearbox is terrible.
I had a replacement in my 197 and 200, both changed under warranty. I'd never go back to one after owning the 26 though!
I loved my 197, probably more than my 200, looking back. In terms of speed and overall drive, I think you do lose some sense of fun that the MK2's give you, but it's certainly the better place to be, and about the same pace, give or take.
About 10 mins ago. I was coming from the Gym and see you right next to the Moped accident.
It was me who beeped. Typical that you didn't see me, especially when I spent 6+ hours cleaning it!
It took me a while to learn how to drive the R properly, after several years driving N/A. Still astonishes me how capable the 26 is, it just never runs out of grip.
Tell me about it mate. It looks superb when clean, but it doesn't stay that way for long!
I've yet to see another BG 182 apart from DJ's, around Harlow.
