VMWare is great !
The VMWare Server software is free, as is their ESXi Hypervisor. However you have to pay for the workstation version.
Either way in any of the versions you can install your chosen OS, Windows, Linux, Netware, Sun and even Mac OS although I dont think Mac is supported...
No way, wish I'd said hello now !! :o
I was there with my mate, who was also my IAM oberserver, he was in the maroon TVR and was struggling. I took him out in the Clio and he saw just how much more grip there was in the corners. I was chuffed with the car, wasnt totally pushing it, but it...
These are yesterdays pictures from my trackday at the Anglesey coastal circuit. The weather was crap, rainy and about 40mph winds but the Clio was perfect. Despite the conditions the clio gripped well, alot better than I was expecting. The rear wheel cars were strugling, with several spinning...
yeah, download burn image to a cd, boot from the cd and it boots into the live OS where you can try it out, on the desktop is the icon for the installer, run that to finally install it onto your machine.

Hardware is getting silly cheap atm.
Nice pics Lee, quite rare to have a crash happen right infront of you, even rarer to be quick enough to catch it and frame it well on camera !! Fair Play - great pics.
See you at the next meet. :)
Chris.
At my local dealer the first service was around the £180 mark IIRC, but I took my own oil so that brought it down a little.
Its 5w40 if you want to get your own too, had 2 loads of Shell Helix in mine although alot of people try and get the elf.
First service on 197's is 12months or 12,000 miles. Which ever comes first. Changed my oil after 6 months, just for my piece of mind then had my first service in March this year at the 12 month mark.
Welcome to the club BTW :D
Had to have mine changed after a few months. Had about 2250 on the clock and was slipping like a b**ch. Ended up being in the garage a week for a new clutch, with the linkages and hydraulics being redone.
All done under warrenty with no problem, been fine since, 11 months on and now on 7800...
Appears as a device in My Computer. Go into it, find your photos and drag them out, only works one way though so you cant copy stuff to the phone, only off it.
Why does it have a key ignition and not a key card, euro versions different in that regards?
Oh and i'm pretty sure iirc that if it had climate it will have auto lights and wipers, something about them being on the same loom.
No more pics of me today :o
Just a few of the cars, was over cast pretty much all day apart from a brief spell of sun during qualifying. The mornings formula Renault 3.5 and the F1 final practice session were both wet.
We were sitting litteraly in the harbour, at Casino Square tomorrow for...
