Another quick update, the black plastic around my mirrors, scuttle panner, exhasut surrounds etc was doing my head in as it looked more grey than black!
Sorted them out last week, looks loads better!

Ok, seem to have sussed it.
Had a new radiator fitted a little while back and it seems they didn't line the 2 mounts back up with the grooves at the top, so they are rubbing, causing the squeak.
From the looks of it, they are bolted on behind the top plastic bit of the grill and need adjusting...
Hi guys,
Bit of advice, should be taking the car to Birchdown soon anyway, but wanted some opinions.
It seems like especially when the car is cold, when I accelerate moderately in the car there is a small squeak as if something moves. (Not continuous) This also seems to happen when braking...
Just been reading the guide in the member's section on service intervals.
That says every 12k or 2 years, but I'm sure I've read elsewhere that it's 1 year, or is that just what people recommend on here?
Any thoughts? as I'll prob only be hitting about 6K in a year since my 36k service...
Hmmm, can't see many mentions of these cheekymartin.
I did see Kam Racing mention that they are pretty much the same as the RS192 apart from the looks?
Swap ya! My standard exhaust is falling to pieces.
I can't imagine there are too many good condition standard, 2nd hand 182 exhausts knocking around now. Just keep the aftermarket! ;)
Aren't yozzas becoming very hard to source with yoz away!? Or can fred still get them? (oh and anyone know about the scorpion exhaust I posted before?)
Anyone got one of the cheaper Scorpion exhausts fitted (seen it called imola or le mans style), shown here: http://www.larkspeed.com/index.pl?p=125RN19IM&a=i
Is there much difference to the rs192?
Cheers mate, ahh that's a shame...he does spend 90% of his time polishing his car! I'll tell him to give you a shout next time he's moaning about being short of money! ;)
Cheers gaz-kev! haha nice work on that, that was my only guess but pretty easy to do!
It's a good question, to be honest I don't know. Came with the Orange ones on.
Perhaps the guy who sold it decided to swap with a mate who wanted some clear ones for their orange ones...
Oh well, sorted now anyway.
