Re: Any interest in a Karting meet?
They'll most likely be four stroke 160-250cc motors, a lot of fun but take a while to build up the speed, however they'll get to around 50-60mph. It's very difficult / impossible to choke from your seat as the airbox is round the back near the axle, and it...

Went out with a few people from Unlucky Racing last night and I think I got some good ones.
A couple of my car too (Red clio). Photoshopped it lower, with colour coded bump strips on the rear and side, and also removed the plate to see how it looked. Removed other plates too, namely the 106...
please note it looks as if the feed comes out the front of the bonnet but it was intended to be sketched as behind the grill and bumper. Upon consideration, you can run it either way to create a sort of elephant trunk look.
Cable ties required.
Good effort! Ignore the Haters. Obtain a cold air feed and direct it down near the bumper where cold wind is going to flow & seal it to the open end of your bucket. Job done.
Euro Car Parts do large gloss black cans for £2.99, absolute bargain compared to Halfrauds small @ £5.99 and large @ £7.99.
Get yourself 1 grey plastic primer, 1 gloss black and a pack of wet & dry paper.
Rub down the grill a little, prime, dry, rub down again, spray black, dry, spray black...

Following two of my friends assuring me it's a coilpack, and the posts above I bought a new coilpack yesterday and put it on. It has been running very well (touch wood) now and I hope this is the end of it. The light has gone and it idles and accelerates smoothly again.
Many thanks...
Hello all. My car was 100% perfect until Wednesday. Never let me down. I'm new to this forum just paid a little while ago so please don't flame me. I've made keywords bold if you cba to read it all.

Rye House is epic, facilities best in the country, but very expensive.
Buckmore park is on par, be further for you to travel, but a really decent challenging track.
I see you're from Herts, there's Teamworks Karting in Letchworth, BEST value for money out of anywhere i've ever seen. Drawbacks...
Just located your progress thread and answered my own question, really stunning job mate, very inspired!
<off.topic> I can't edit my above post though? What's going on with that :S I paid my Cliosport membership couple weeks back! Edit: It seems you can modify posts up until a certain time...
Is this the same one as you posted earlier in the thread? If so WOW!
You sold me a new grill, i'll have to get a photo of mine up on this thread, very similar to yours :)
Unlucky mate. Tiger seal ftw.
I have just ordered a grill from renault. To be honest i'm worried because everyone seems to have trouble. I can't find a useful guide, on the search. Firm but patient seems to be the answer!
The answer seems clear here!
I'm considering Eibach sportlines at the moment. First time lowering any vehicle. Where's the best place to buy them? Kam Racing looks good so far.
Should I replace shocks/dampers too?
