I'm really tempted by the 70-200 F2.8 IS but I think my wife will kill me if I purchased more camera equipment!

Currently got a 100-400 F/4L, 70-200 F/4L and a 17-40L. oh and the nifty fifty of course!

I've just purchased a Canon 5D MkIV - What a camera! I'm going to use my old 6D as a second body for airshows etc this year.

Just got home after a nice long 5 hour journey back to Essex! Had a couple come through today, I left at about 1 ish I think, I got 10 mins down the road and 6 F-15's went through. I was proper gutted! Always next time though - cracking place.

Apparently they were meant to come through the loop earlier in the week - let's see what tomorrow brings!

Yep - the "Timetable" that's published by the RAF doesn't really apply to the Loop I've been told.

You don't! some days there will be nothing at all come through - just pot luck. We had about 20 movements today which is a lot according to the regulars.

Ha, that's what i'm fearing. Weather is looking ok tomorrow, Thursday and Friday are looking a bit iffy. I've got a pop up tent just incase, I want to be prepared!

Off to the Mach Loop tomorrow for 3 days, hoping for some decent action although weather isn't looking too favourable at the moment!
