I recently got a GoPro Hero 4 and thought I'd try out the night mode - pretty impressive imo: Taken with 30 second exposures with an ISO of 800. I'm going to get the battery pack I think - the internal battery only lasted for 2 hours.

Hi mate, It may just be me reading into your posts too much but the best piece of advice that I had when I started off was "shoot for yourself" - you have to remember that the "guy" in the shop may have his own way of taking photos - IMO a photo can never be 100% perfect. I love that sunset...

Hi All The other half phoned this morning to say that the stereo in her 2005 Clio Extreme seems to have stopped working. The stereo itself apparently turns on however she can't hear any sound. Does this usually mean the amplifier has given up inside the stereo? Cheers Simon

I've tried the Dynamic Resolution tool but it doesn't seem to do much for my MBP - fans go into overload, just had a warning saying the temperature is too high! Bit annoying as I'm a little worried it's going to knacker something!

It's £15 - nothing to lose ;) I've been watching some videos this morning, it's so detailed. I'm playing on my Macbook Retina, it plays fine however the fans go into panic mode. I'm very tempted to get a cheap gaming PC set up so I can play games like these with ease.

Anyone playing? IMO it's 100000000x better than Sim City, it's pretty addictive - it's everything that SimCity should have been.

It's all in the post processing, just desaturate the image to change to B+W in Photoshop etc.

The 2nd one works a lot better IMO, looks like a nice shot - maybe worth a try in B&W also?

Yep - that's correct, it works however you can't really get any usable photos out of it!

I have my 10-20mm up for sale currently mate (check out the for sale section) , it's on eBay now but can see if I can take it off if you wanted it.
