I am insured with elephant under my mums name for about £1800 have put that i have use of another car but i dont anymore and they said that its ok its more of a question of is there any other cars in the household which there are.

Forgot to mention as for the ride with Apex springs its ok a little hard but not too bad. Once on new road surface its amazing.

Thanks everyone for the comments i love hearing nice stuff about it. The IK is a K&N but it doesnt provide much power but a nice sound. I got the 182 sticker under the clio badge made when i first got it. The spring lower it a genuine 30mm i had Pi springs on there before which was 25mm front...

sounds nice like a porsche or an M 3not like a nova or something like that. I have IK too so its hard to say. I prefered the slash as its like K tec one.

wezzie when u totaled the cup did they come check the car for mods. I am 18 on a 182 under mums name for £1700 with elephant. My mods are insured like exhaust and lowering but wondering if they actually check.

Hi i have currently changed my front speakers and am now wanting to change the rears. Does anyone know what size they are and how do i get to them. I dont want to break the panneling when i remove it. Advice or pics would b helpful. Thanks. Ollie

Thats very nice. What make is that or who made it. I used a company for my mini i had and they did a good job but am after something that i know is going to be good for the car.

i have tried to upload but it wont work. Really annoying me will keep trying tho. There are some pictures in another post somewhere on here with it lowered on the Pi springs but now its properly lowered 40mm on Apex springs looks much better. Will keep trying.

hi have lowered my 182 and tinted windows i now want to do something to the exterior and am thinking about the exhaust. I know k -tec have one but do any companys make one for the 182 yet and has anyone got any pics of 182s with aftermarket exhausts. cheers ollie

right well i hardly use car. I have just told them about lowering its gone up £174. So now i am all insured apart from tints.

Shud i tell my insurance company that i have had my 182 lowered 30mm. Thats the only mod that u can see apart from tints. What shud i do. It will go up around £140 if i say about lowering. But the car is under mums name so they might get suspisious of who uses it more.

Been to renault today and they said it prob needs a new washer motor for rear and are replacing it on friday under warenty. Aparantlt its common fault with them. Cheers for help. Ollie

Thanks for replys. I tried filling it right up cos thats what i first thought. Tried using a pin still makes the noise at front but get nuthin at rear. cud it just b frozen. Car does say -1 in temperature as we speak.

Since the cold weather as come my rear wash wipe doesnt work. can hear it goin when press button. Could it be frozen if so what do i do. Thanks in advance. Ollie

i had that problem with the mini. Direct line messed up policy. luckily they noticed when we rang up to inform them of mods. I havent had ne crashes yet. did my test 10 days after my b day so hopefully i am gona b k. i am takin it well slow at mo. Anyone have any pics of a silver 182.
