NSX Type R the only nsx to have. What is the appeal of the other ones, their ancient.
For £21k id rather have a new s2000 over a v6, also a very underrated car. Or an evo 9 gt at £23k, no ayc so service intervals wont be as frequent and its 330bhp standard. v6 is just too slow for a £20k+...
I always thought both the v6 and the elise were not good daily drivers.
Couple of years time monaros will be going cheap knowing how vauxhalls depreciate - 5.7 v8 and lots of mods available. The evos are losing value fast due to the mivec-ed evo 9 with standard 330bhp, the watered down 260...
Radar detectors might be banned next year-

Also supplements not at the RDA, being banned in august supposedly .
You wont miss the scooby, think about how much money your be saving in running costs and having just as much fun. I passengered in a 182 the other day ESP off, scared the sh*t out of me.
Hate renaults too except 5 turbo, williams, v6, 172 cup, 182 cup and another i cant remeber.
My brother is mad, he has total faith in the ESP. I told him you can still spin it even with ESP on if none of the wheels have grip, he wont listen to me.
Imagine a 1200 mile running period with a 360bhp car and then having to book a 1200 mile running in service, took bloody ages. For my 182 cup 625 miles is not that much really for a running in period so i adhered to it but got it done in a week. Did lots of fast and slow driving under the...
I was told the 172 cup is a powerful front drive car scrambling for grip, their all like that. If fact my mates 182 does the same thing. If its not damaging it im not worried.
I had a corrado vr6 (traction control only worked under 5mph) which would wheelspin in the wet all day with no...
Jesus i had the first gear floor it in the wet knock in the 172 cup (no traction control) and so had to get use to it as the dealer said there was no fix. Now i got in in the 182 cup.
The vx220s are way out and you cant get them soughted on warranty, most owners goto scared stiff in daventry to get them done. My mate got his porsches geo soughted by his opc, thats why i mentioned it.
How much was the front out. Its not like your dealing with an OPC, Renault will probably say its within its acceptable tolerance for error or something.
Their taxing it while hes there, they confirmed they would do this. The recall is something to do with the wiper motor he was just told, thats all i know.
No news sorry. My brother was supposed to be picking up his new clio today. He is still going to go there at the arranged time to give his insurance certificate and take the car hopefully.
That is 4 people that have got new clios because of me. Will feel like a right idiot if their all...
I dont know what cars are affected. My brother (buying a new clio) was just telephoned by the dealer saying they are not releasing any cars today because of a recall and when they find out what cars are affected they will let him know.
Rejected my cup for the same reasons a month ago. Got my new one today and its perfect although the bad weather is a downer for the first day of ownership.
Surely the new forthcoming rs clio will be alot heavier than the 182, how are they going to make it as fun to drive as the current rs clio? The 182 might be the last of the great hatches.
What about the rest of the fitting - seat to subframes - is that simple to do? Gary G when you have finished doing it can you put some kind of instructions on here for others to follow. cheers
DAVE182, round the ring in a cup in 8:10, 4 up is well, what is it jet powered.
Ring times
7:50 --- BMW E46 M3 CSL (08/2003)
7:50 --- Blitz Supra, 750 PS, Herbert Schürg (1997)
7:50 --- Honda RC30, Helmut Daehne (1993)
7:50 --- Lamborghini Murcielago (06/2002)
7:52 --- Gemballa Porsche...
182 cup with optional recaros or fit better aftermarket seats thats what im going to do so perhaps im biased. Standard evo 9 just recorded a 8 minutes 10 seconds ring time, me being a traitor not sure how long im going to keep the cup.
