ahh but have you noticed how they all sell (or in some cases try to) them fairly quickly after haveing the 2.0 conversion?
only quicker after 60mph as standard.
still prefer a hybrid though as at least they come in more than one colour.
when mine went it was both the alternator and the battery at the same time.
if your hassled that you have just done a service and now have to do the alternator as well, all i can say is get used to it, not being rude, but with these cars they always get worse before they get better.
My one...
PMSL its true
MK2 has the modern roundy focus type dash, very gay and they do look pretty much the same, they are too tall and too easy to drive.
When you see a valver coming round the corner it has presece, where as the MK2, well, its a jelly mould.
wire your car up to the mains, just a thought !
sorry to hear that, get some wheel locks though, thieves are lazy, thats why they are thieves.
Having said that my car was broken into, all they took was the ashtray with some loose change in, but the key to the wheels was in it as well, now...
i tied mine to the roof of my car, other cars think i am a poiceman and therefore move out the way, therefore avoiding traffice jams and saving petrol, see it does work.
Make sure you buy a blue one !
cdmullins your car is going to look the nuts, I cant believe some/most of the idiots on this forum these days, this used to be a great site but its f**ed now.
Its turned into barryboys.
im suprised you come back to show these idiots your car.
good luck
the one in the gloved box disables the immobiliser, the one in the scuttle panel switched off the siren
theres another one underneath the glovebox that switched the alram on and off, lie in the footwell look up and you will see it.
if a car is broken into in a private car park that does not have any markings is it true that this is considered off road and the car is therefore not covered by the policy?
Help appreciated
