Why doesnt the 172 have a sunroof as an option. Is it due to body strength?

I presume you mean rear light cluster? Bulbs are the same but I think you may need to swap around some of the pins on the connector.

Renault seem to do that with all of their cars, my RT was wired up that way. Certainly a pain if you want to rewire the car and the new speakers have a crossover on the woofer. (then if you have a separate crossover then no probs)

Depends, If you go to a respectable uni you will be fine otherwise not. Your Lucky and chosen a good uni, I live near Reading and its fine. Just park it away from people walk, just imagine a hevey night and the damage a bottle could do. Enjoy your time there!!
