Same, always hovering around 35-45mpg. I've owned 2 x VTS, 1 x 106 GTi (same engine) 1x 172 cup 1x trophy, the clio's are marginally better on fuel.

Both have their pro's and con's. Bigger insurance premium for the modified 182 over the standard trophy, so depends on age, as mods could prove expensive if he's a younger driver.

got to say, I had a 172 cup before my trophy and a VTS and a GTI inbetween, the trophy feels so much more composed, effortless through corners and over a bumpy surface. really is a joy to drive.

with the Yozza, I cant see any form of guarentee on their site? also - are they boomy at motorway speeds?

Hi Mike, sounds like it needs a bit of dosh spent. Windscreen Wiper - chunk missing out of it, leaves a 1 inch stripe of unwiped windscreen Change the wiper. Front Brakes - discs warped, steering wheel wobbles at lower speed when braking Previous owner has warped them, need changing...
