The main advantage of heatwrapping is not underbonnet temps but it is to increase the heat of the manifold making the air inside less dense allowing it to travel faster.
On many turbo applications it can have an adverse affect and cause the manifold to crack.
I dropped the very same bolt a few months back. Decided to leave it and replace it. Started the engine and it'd wedged in the aux belt! WOAH!
Lie on the floor and bang the plastic undertray and see if you can hear it bounce, chances are thats where it is

Long shot but is the headlight adjuster on a 172 cup going to be the same as a Xenon unit?
Only ask because there is a cup i can get parts off :(

After fitting my PAS pump and accidentally knocking the self adjuster off the lamp the headlights are not alligned. I assumed the white allen head on the adjuster was the hieght calibration so i had a turn but to know affect...
Could anyone help me out with how do to it? I realise they are self...

I ran B8's, they are a good road setup but i killed mine on track. If its an all out track car you need something more butch to put up with the strain. PSF ftw
You'll find it VERY hard to sell if they are not done.
Its almost a must when buying a clio for the belts to have been done, if not, the relevant amount will be deducted from the value of the vehicle
I ended up paying £12 for it because i had to get it from GSF. didnt come with any rings or gaskets (they usually do) so i re-used the old one and it was fine. whack some hylomar on it if your worried
